NIOS
NIOS is "Open School" to cater to the needs of a heterogeneous group of learners up to pre-degree level. It was started as a project with in-built flexibilities by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) in 1979. In 1986, the National Policy on Education suggested strengthening of Open School System for extending open learning facilities in a phased manner at secondary level all over the country as an independent system with its own curriculum and examination leading to certification.
Regular Education Course
Regular mode study has a code of conduct that every student is required to follow, the rules and regulations are to be followed, and all the procedures. Students should be attending educational lectures, submitting assignments, or examinations step by step, and also students need to go through all the regulations prepared by the university.
Distance Education Course
Distance education is a flexible study mode, and it creates students who cannot go for regular study in universities. Distance education is very easy for those students who want to study on their own. It provides a better experience without following the regular mode of studies. The scheduled lectures help students to complete their educational learning. Various courses are available in distance courses such as BBA, B.com, MBA, M.Com, etc.
